Any time I travel, I first check the available options with Radisson The receptionist was amazing. He was very welcoming, and gave me a lot of details about the hotel and what available options were there, and also mentioned nearby places for exploring and eating. He also arranged the wake up call and driver to the airport for next day. I usually make my reservations through Booking, and he advised me that I could have saved a bit more money by booking directly through Radisson website. He managed to take my Radisson membership number, so that the point would be registered, and he went the extra step to give me a free upgrade from a single room, to a full suite with an amazing view of the Skyline; so a multi-level upgrade at no additional costs. I went out that night for a walk based on the recommendations and returned around midnight. I went to check on the wake up call, and taxi, and for some reason it was not registered in the hotel system under my room, so I requested that they re-do it, and specifically mentioned that the taxi driver needed to be able to accept credit cards. The next morning, everything went well, except the taxi driver could not accept credit cards, which was a problem due to the high transfer rates. The manager on duty came down personally and she tried to resolve the situation

This hotel is totally worth it. Staff are greate, very helping, nice and kind. They suppurt with what you need. Thanks to Mr. Marwan and Mr. Abdulatiff. House keeping are amazing team they always go beyond thanks to Miss Sanaa. The Spa is another level of comfort although they need to add deep tissue massage like the Tai massage speciall costumers coming from long flight. One thing that needs improvement is the parking spots & spaces due to hotel location @traffic light. Thanks to Mr. Tarik, he is always helpfull and friendly. Finally the hotel location is close to downtown and within walking distance of local life. All the best to you and looking to see you on my next visit. Regard Talal

Her professionalism ensured a smooth check-in process and she offered valuable city advice to enhance our experience. Moreover, meryem from housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making our stay feel like home. The hotel boasts a welcoming staff that brightens the crowded streets of Casablanca. Overall, our experience was marked by exceptional hospitality and service, making our stay truly memorable.

The staff, this is really one of the best things in the hotel , very welcome and very helpful in an amazing way , I really want to thank mr. Mohamed Elhelo in the front desk and also Ayoub , Momo and Mr. Mohamed in the restaurant who really makes me feel like home with their care and the various varieties of breakfast which were very delicious The rooms were very neat and clean and well furnished in a modern decoration, a free car parking with a very helpful valet people, location is ok but not the best , I really will repeat my visit again

The room was clean and comfortable. You could barely hear any noise outside. The room smelled fresh and not like smoke. The beds were comfortable and the room had nice shampoo but no conditioner. No hair dryer. They had a choice of pillows. And the towels were large and plush. A very enjoyable stay. The pool area was nice up on the rooftop bar. Although the drinks were expensive up there.
