Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center

After traveling 42 hours from Mexico to Casablanca it was comforting to know that I could look forward to: 1. an early check-in, 2. a delicious breakfast to be delivered to my room, and 3. a an appointment for a hot stone massage for later that day. The hotel employees are very helpful, kind and welcoming, across the board; reception, concierge, restaurant and housekeepers. I'll have been here for a total of 8 nights during my trip in Morocco. Traveling as a solo woman it feels good to be safe and taken care of. For instance, last night I attended an art opening and wanted someone to know where I was. Went to reception, told them where I was going, he took a photo of the location. When I returned, a big smile from them. Extensive morning breakfast buffet, delicious dinners (couscous, asparagus risotto, salmon) fast wifi, comfy couches in the lobby for reading...it's a small oasis in the city center.

Her warm welcome and genuine hospitality were evident from the moment I arrived. Omayma went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was providing insightful recommendations for local attractions or promptly attending to any request, her professionalism and kindness were truly commendable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca, not only for its prime location and comfortable accommodations but also for the exceptional service provided by Omayma and the entire staff. They truly know how to make guests feel welcome and valued.

Her professionalism ensured a smooth check-in process and she offered valuable city advice to enhance our experience. Moreover, meryem from housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making our stay feel like home. The hotel boasts a welcoming staff that brightens the crowded streets of Casablanca. Overall, our experience was marked by exceptional hospitality and service, making our stay truly memorable.

The staff, this is really one of the best things in the hotel , very welcome and very helpful in an amazing way , I really want to thank mr. Mohamed Elhelo in the front desk and also Ayoub , Momo and Mr. Mohamed in the restaurant who really makes me feel like home with their care and the various varieties of breakfast which were very delicious The rooms were very neat and clean and well furnished in a modern decoration, a free car parking with a very helpful valet people, location is ok but not the best , I really will repeat my visit again
